RESPONSIBILITY

• Execution of Project Design 

• Coordinate with external project consultants/parties 

• Project management as assigned

• Develop complete output in the project/tasks assigned on time with highest quality 

• Assist design team in drawing, using AutoCAD and other related task

• Develop drawing and AutoCAD output as assigned by senior designer and Lead Designer/Architects

• Support team in interaction with external parties and internal shared services as directed by supervisor

RESPONSIBILITY

• Collaborate and support requirement from designers

• Liaise with designer to understand the nature of the project and obtain clear specifications

• Use CAD software to create drawings according to designer’s requirements

• Create drawing package including layouts, general arrangements, level, materials, detailed drawings and construction procedures on AutoCAD in accordance with PLA quality standards and clients project specifications

• Incorporate changes or modifications according to the suggestions of designer and revise designs to eliminate problems

• Other duties requested by management in support of the PLA team

RESPONSIBILITY

• Able to manage projects and to manage concurrently

• Provide oversight through all phases of project development and construction

• Expected to provide appropriate and timely feedback to the project Principal and to direct the work of the staff to achieve project goals

• Able to determine the constructability of design alternatives and determine those alternatives most appropriate to project constraints.
