Baan Laddawan is a luxurious house of Land and Houses Public Co.,Ltd. The design includes Front gateway entry, Community park, Streetscape. The front gateway is a symmetry approach where water features and decorated walls were brought up a design. Planting material concept is symmetry balance which bought up to look luxurious style, and uses low maintenance plants.

The community park is the central facilities ( Swimming pool, Spa, Fitness and Park ) for the project. Landform and plant material was brought up as a design technique for designing a creative space.
