Central Festival Pattaya Beach

AXL had completed the design of several shopping complexes for Central Pattana Public Company. Our recent project is Central Festival Pattaya Beach. The project successfully launched in early 2009. The site is approximately 50 meters wide and 300 meters long. AXL has planned to take advantage of the beachfront set back area and transform it into a large sunken plaza to create a welcome entry from the beach. A concept of 3 layers of outdoor pedestrian plazas was introduced. Visitors can enjoy shopping and outdoor activities throughout the year.
