It is a small park of an old community to respond to the high demand for a new residential complex. Sports facilities, Theme Garden, Promenade walkway along the man-made lagoon, Water cascade, Viewing point and Multipurpose plaza feature the major merging zones together and linked by three major walkways which lead to the residence from the south to the entrance plaza underneath Chai Wan MTR (Mass Transit Railways) station.
