Mr. Anawat Pedsuwan work as a Project Manager on this project. The feasibility study for the deepwater bay is one component in the development of the metro plan open space framework recreation. A primary objective is to explore the opportunities for increased recreational use of the urban fringe.
The site is a valley including existing woodland slope and triangle flat land which is presently used as a private golf course. The design has been proposed in three levels of intensity use namely, low, medium and high. The master plan is to go for a high-intensity use which includes a pacific rim theme park, occupying a large portion of the golf course. A tourist shopping center, a resort hotel, a public beach and a restaurant are located at the beachfront zone whereas picnic areas and hiking trails are at the upper woodland slope.
